Terms of Service

Service. Magtiles Studio provides browser-based tools for planning magnetic-tile builds, managing 3D scenes, taking screenshots and exporting scene files. It is a planning tool, not a substitute for physical product safety instructions, engineering advice or professional design services.

Accounts and devices. You must be at least 16 to create an account. Younger users may use the service only with parent or guardian involvement. Accounts may use up to three browser devices. Sharing or reselling access and bypassing device limits are prohibited.

Plans. Annual access is prepaid for 12 months and does not automatically renew unless checkout states otherwise. Lifetime access is a one-time payment for access while the paid service continues to operate. "Lifetime" means the commercial life of the service, not the purchaser's lifetime, and does not guarantee that every current feature will remain unchanged forever.

License and content. Subject to payment and these terms, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service for personal, educational or commercial planning. You retain ownership of builds and scenes. You may not resell or redistribute the service itself or reverse engineer it except where law permits.

Acceptable use. You must not violate law, interfere with the service, introduce malicious code, gain unauthorized access, bypass technical limits, abuse authentication or payment systems, or infringe intellectual property.

Third parties and availability. The service uses Cloudflare for infrastructure, Google for optional Sign-In, Creem as Merchant of Record and Resend or a comparable provider for email. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation; maintenance, security events, network failures and third-party outages may affect access.

Disclaimers and liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without implied warranties other than those that cannot be excluded. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount paid during the 12 months before the claim. These limits do not exclude mandatory consumer rights.

Termination and governing law. You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend access for material breach, fraud, security risk, non-payment or unlawful use. These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator's principal place of business, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of residence.

Privacy Policy

Information collected. We collect account email, account ID, membership status and creation date; Google account ID, verified email and sign-in status when Google Sign-In is used; a random browser ID, device label and first/last-seen times; order plan, amount, currency, status and identifiers; hashed one-time codes; limited security logs; and local scene preferences stored in your browser. We do not receive your Google password, and card details are handled by Creem rather than stored by Magtiles Studio.

Use of information. We use information to provide accounts and access, verify sign-in, enforce device limits, process orders, provide support, prevent abuse, secure and improve the service and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Sharing and transfers. We share only necessary information with Cloudflare for hosting and database infrastructure, Google for optional Sign-In, Creem for payments and taxes, Resend or a comparable provider for transactional email, professional advisers, and authorities where required. Providers may process information internationally using contractual, organizational or legal safeguards.

Retention and security. Account, device, order and membership data are retained while needed for service, tax, fraud-prevention and dispute purposes. Login codes expire after 10 minutes. We use access controls, signed sessions, hashed codes and encrypted HTTPS connections, but cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights. Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, withdraw consent or complain to a data-protection authority. Contact magtilesstudio@gmail.com. We may need to verify identity before acting.

Local storage and children. Browser storage is used for login sessions, device identification, scene autosave, recent models and viewing preferences; blocking it may prevent login or saving. The service is not directed to children under 16.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Creem acts as Merchant of Record and may handle cancellations, refunds, taxes and related communication. Annual access is prepaid for 12 months and does not automatically renew unless checkout states otherwise. Lifetime access is a one-time payment for access while the paid service continues to operate.

Paid access may begin immediately. Where consumer law grants a withdrawal or refund right for digital services, that right applies according to the law and checkout disclosures; mandatory consumer rights are not excluded. For duplicate charges, unauthorized purchases, faulty access or billing questions, contact magtilesstudio@gmail.com with the order email and any Creem order reference. We aim to acknowledge requests within a reasonable period.
